Do you want your team to work better, with fewer distractions and more clarity? Are you looking for a CRM that can grow with your company from a solo-entrepreneur to as big as your business can grow? Are you frustrated with your interoffice communication? Have you found a way to work seamlessly on a project with multiple people? I have used a few CRM systems but I moved three companies to the Podio platform over the past few years. I have been using Podio to manage the company's projects, client relationships, and business processes.

Using Podio for CRM
I use Podio to manage potential, current, and past clients among the sales team with real-time communication and task management. Because Podio is completely customizable we tailored it to our sales process taught by Grant Cardone's Sales Training University, have the ability to track the progress of the client's journey, and managers can collaborate easily to help close deals. Our sales team likes to be transparent, competitive and informed so we display up to date sales reports using simple visuals. Everyone who is a part of the deal can collaborate with a laptop or the mobile app by leaving comments, assigning tasks, or even chatting within the client's profile. Try using Podio for your client relationship management for FREE.
Using Podio to manage projects & processes
In addition to our CRM, we use Podio to get everyone on the same page without boring status meetings. We adopted Tony Robbin's Rapid Planning Method to structure our work and communication process to get real results. Most software is built with a process in mind so Podio's ability to customize made it perfect for us to make our own templates storing all information the team needs. Podio also integrates to almost everywhere with Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, Sharefile, GoToMeeting, and more. Each project references the client, team member, and management so that everyone is in sync working towards the project's result. When a project is completed we use the filtering application to organize all the details for case study and feedback. It took some time upfront to design it but now we use Podio we spend less time on compiling communication and more time on getting results. Try using Podio for project management.
Pricing
I was actually surprised about the pricing for Podio because it is completely free for up to five employees. It is perfect for a start-up business because you don't need to add another expense but you do need management software. Even with the limited features with the free version, you have more than enough to organize your business. The added bonus is they don't consistently pressure you to upgrade to a paid subscription. As your company grows and you need more features you can pay as you grow. The basic account starts at $9 per internal employee and the premium account with all features is a little as $24 per employee. Podio will also create custom pricing and payment plans for bigger companies with larger teams. Check out Podio's features and pricing.
Conclusion
I highly recommend Podio and have been using it for years to manage three company's CRM, projects, and processes. I like to update our sales and business processes with more effective strategies so having a system that is completely customizable is perfect. It was a time commitment to initially set it up but once completed it has been a real time saver. When given the choice it is my go-to software. If you are interested try it free by clicking here.
