The Power of Decision
It is in our moments of decision that your destiny is shaped. A real committed decision. If you are like me, then you make weak decisions. You plan to do something but when the time comes to do it, you bend and break your decision with excuses. The only way to control your destiny is to take consistent action over time but the only way you can take consistent action is with a real and committed decision. The best way to learn to make decisions is to make more of them. Just like a muscle, you need to work out your decision-making skills.

What you focus on controls how you feel, what actions you take, and ultimately your life. If you have improved any area of your life, then you most likely tapped into the power of focus. As you focus on something your brain starts to tune out anything that detours from that focus. Have you ever bee watching T.V. and not notice that someone entered the room and sat next to you? They most likely made some noise but your brain was so tuned into your focus of the T.V. that it disregarded that person. Use this power of focus to empower the destiny you want for yourself. If you can train your mind to focus on what you want, then it is easier to start taking the action necessary to achieve it.
Take Massive Action
Nothing will ever change if you don't change it. Even if you make a decision and focus on what you want nothing will happen without massive action. This is the moment of truth. Anything worth having is worth working for. Today we are seduced by the "get rich quick" mentality, and while some success can come quickly long term success requires continued massive action. Don't let it become a chore, remember the result of your massive action is the life you want to live and the person you want to be. Just take the first step.
